Cacao Hazelnut Mousse

These decadent delights will cure your chocolate cravings instantly, bringing a whole new level of nutrient-dense, raw desserts to an even higher high! Creamy and delicious, yet light, fluffy, and nutty, these mousse cups will please the palate and unite chocolate lovers EVERYWHERE!



ingredients:
1 cup Cashews or Cashew Butter
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 cup cream (coconut or cow)
1 T maple syrup
generous pinch Pure Vanilla Powder

to create:
1. Blend all ingredients in a  food processor until thick and creamy. You may need to blend it, scrape it with a spatula, and repeat 4-5x, so that there are no cashew/date lumps.
2. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Pipe into serving vessels.
3. Preheat oven to 300. Add hazelnuts. Roast until aromatic ~5 minutes. Cut into chunks and garnish the mousse cups! + Goji Berries or Strawberries for extra POP!
